  1. It was my pleasure to have known this special woman of God. She is now ‘Safe in the arms of Jesus’ . My deepest sympathy to her family. I reminisce about all the Christmas programs she coordinated and her long time service at GBC doing God’s work with the ladies group and in playing the piano.

  2. I have been blessed to know Mrs Stoute and her Christian testimony
She was happy to serve the Lord in all the positions she held in Church.

  3. Joyce was a caring and loving person. I will always treasure the memories we were able to make and the support she gave me.
It seems too soon since we have been able to get close to each other as cousins that I will not be able to see her when I visit Barbados.
I will miss our talks and visits. I can still hear the pleasure in her voice when we spoke.
God Bless you Joyce and may you Rest in Peace and rise in Glory.

My condolences to Frank, Barbara, Rosalind ,Joy, Richard, Trevor and all the other family members.

  4. I have many fond memories of Joyce Stoute, a special mentor to me in so many ways while growing in Christian faith. She was a great inspiration of a godly woman. My deepest condolences to her children, Richard, Trevor, Joy and the rest of the family and friends who mourn the loss of a warrior for Christ. We mourn and grieve, yet with hope, knowing that she is rejoicing with our dear Savior, Jesus Christ, in Heaven. Much prayer for her loved ones.

  5. Richard and Carol,
Mike and I are so sorry to hear about Mrs. Stoute. I’m so thankful we had the privilege to meet and spend some time with her on her visits to Anderson. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the family during this time.
    Love,
    Mike and Lisa

  6. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Joyce for more than ten years due to the fact that she rented our family home for about 25 years and became like family to us. She was a beautiful and kind human being and shall be truly missed. We would like to offer the family our deepest and most sincere condolences and may the soul of Joyce rest in peace.

  7. Mrs Stoute was a very good mother, and a lovely Christian lady, and a stalwart of the Grace Bible Church, Paddock Road from its inception for over 50 years.

She was at one time my Sunday School teacher, and she patiently played the piano for the GBC choir in the early 70’s, when I was choir master.

Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints. Psalm 116:15

Condolences to her children and GBC family

  8. For more than 50 years Joyce was my friend. Many were the times we called each other, for no particular reason, just to talk, but we always ended the call with prayer. I can hear her now: “Thank you, Bev, for praying for me.” Oh how I miss her voice. She is finally home! Nos vemos pronto.
