HUNTE – On 16th January 2018. DOREEN LORENZO of #1 Crane Gardens, St. Philip. Widow of Orme Russell Hunte. Mother of Wendy Williams, Don Hunte and Ronnie Hunte. Grandmother of Natalie Manning, Stuart Williams, Orry, Charlotte and Adam Hunte. Great grandmother of four. The funeral service took place on Tuesday, January 23rd, 2018 at 2.30p.m. in the Michael Bryan Memorial chapel Bryan’s Funeral Home, Belmont Road, St. Michael. The interment followed in the Westbury Cemetery.

My deepest sympathy to you all on Doreen’s passing. Many years ago when Doreen was living at her home and I was on holiday, I visited her and had a nice chat and over the years have asked for her in my conversations with Roger, Anthony & Maureen. I have so many fond memories of spending summer holidays with you all at Congo Road…and watching Doreen making her sewing magic for so many bridal parties, school dances, Old Year Night parties, you name it and Doreen could whip something up in no time. She was a master with a sewing needle and machine. Those lovely memories will remain with me.
