A private funeral service took place at 10:00am on Friday, 22nd May, 2020 at Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge, Christ Church. A cremation will take place at a later date.
TOWNER, Christopher John Nicholas of #120 Port St. Charles, St. Peter, died unexpectedly at his home in Guernsey, Channel Islands, on 4th May, 2020, aged 70. Adored and much loved partner of Justyna Serwach, whom he gave the happiest eight years of her life. Rest in peace, you will be missed forever. Adored son of the late Dorothy and Eric Towner. Much loved cousin of Sir Tim Jenner, Kathleen Kimura MBE, Graham Burgess, John Burgess and Malcolm Burgess. Supportive Godfather of Guy Watts. Very special and dear friend of many around the world. Entrepreneur, businessman, charitable, generous, gentle and kind man who will always be remembered for his wittiness and kindness.
Due to current restrictions, a private service and cremation took place in Guernsey, Channel Islands on 14th May, 2020. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held in Barbados at a later date.
